Bear Creek Roller Rink is a family-owned roller rink at 5210 Highway 6 N, Houston, TX 77084. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. When we say "we" or "us," we mean Bear Creek Roller Rink.

• Job applications. When you apply online, we receive what you enter on the form, such as your name, birth date, age, phone number, email, address, work history, references, availability, answers to our questions, and your resume if you attach one.
• Emails and phone calls. If you email or call us, we receive your contact information and anything you include in your message.
• Party bookings and waivers. Online party booking, payments, and skater waivers are handled by a separate booking company on its own website. That company collects the information you enter there, including payment details, and shares your booking and waiver details with us so we can host your visit. Their privacy policy applies on their website.

We never ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, or bank information on this website.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, some information is collected automatically when you visit:

• Our website host keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These are used to deliver the website and keep it secure.
• Google Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

How Long We Keep It

We keep job applications for one year, as federal employment rules require, and then delete them. Applications from people we hire become part of their employee records. We keep emails and other messages only as long as we need them.

This website uses a secure (https) connection, and we limit who can see the information you send us. No website can promise perfect security, so please don't send highly sensitive information by email.

Children's Privacy

This website is meant for parents and adults planning a visit. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Job applicants must be at least 16. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
